The initial aim of Save Resources was to promote sustainable living and thus reduce household and industrial waste not just in Canada but all over the world.

Nowadays Save Resources is working on the following projects and programs:

- promotes sustainable living via our websites, social media, email newsletters, posters, exhibition booths, and festival stalls,

- send parcels with second-hand goods to third world countries (the mostly Philippines and Uganda),

- provide sustainability lendings via kiva.org website,

- organises environmental art exhibitions, conferences, and parties with our partner organisations Renewable Energy Society and Vision for Sustainable Development (VFSD) to promote the environment and environmental issues.
